How To Setup Your Tidify Pro Account After Log In

Now that your Tidify Pro account has been successfully created, the next step is to complete your initial account configuration. This process begins immediately after your first login and requires you to select a subscription plan.
As previously stated, Tidify Pro operates a freemium business model, offering multiple plans with varying capabilities. One of these plans is completely free and available for lifetime use, while others provide advanced features designed to support growing and scaling businesses.
Each plan is feature-based, so selecting the right option ensures you get the tools that best align with your operational needs and business goals.
Account Setup After First Login
Step 1: Access the Plans Page
Upon your first login, the system automatically redirects you to the Plans page. If you are not redirected, navigate manually by clicking Plans from the dashboard menu and review the available subscription options.
Step 2: Choose a Subscription Plan
Carefully evaluate the features included in each plan and select the one that best matches your current business requirements. Tidify Pro is continuously evolving, with new features and enhancements being rolled out across plans over time.
Step 3: Proceed to Checkout
As a new user, your wallet balance may be empty. To complete your subscription, you will be provided with two payment options:

Wallet Funding – Add funds to your Tidify wallet and pay from your balance

Paystack Checkout – Make a direct and secure payment using Paystack
Select your preferred payment method and proceed to checkout.
For the free plan, no payment is required. Simply click Complete Setup to activate your account.
Setup Complete
Once the setup process is finalized, your Tidify Pro account becomes fully active. You can now access the features available under your selected plan and begin managing your business efficiently on the platform.
