How to Create Invoices on Tidify Pro
Invoice creation on Tidify Pro happens in two phases. The first phase is manual invoice creation, and the second phase is automated invoice creation through bookings or by converting quotes into invoices.
Automated option via booking
This invoice creation works either by creating and confirming a booking. It will take everything from your booking page and create an invoice for you automatically so you don't have to perform repetitive tasks of invoices are required.
Automated option via Quote
When you send a quote to your customers via email and they accept it, you can automatically convert the quote into an invoice without manually creating a new one, helping you avoid repetitive tasks and focus on more important activities.
Note: either via booking or quote, invoices will be created and remain in the invoice section for management and payments.
Creating Invoices Manually
Step 1: Click on invoices.
Step 2: Click on New Invoice
Step 3: Select a Customer

If the customer already exists, select them from the list or search

If the customer does not exist, click Create New Client
When the client creation popup appears, enter the customer’s details and save.
The newly created customer will be automatically selected, allowing you to continue without leaving the invoice creation page.
Step 4: Select items and apply tax if applicable
Step 5: Toggle on or leave off if you have received full or partial payment or not
Step 6: Apply discount if applicable
It is not nice to reduce your prices at product/item level so that customers knows the true worth of your product. Instead, apply discount in percentage or fixed amount so the customers will see in their invoice what your service is truly worth and the benefit they enjoy working with you.
Step 7: Click on Save and Send or Save Draft
