Tidify Pro is designed to be seamless and to support you at every stage of your business journey. Keeping your wallet funded helps ensure business continuity and prevents interruptions or loss of access to important features.
Tidify Pro allows you to pre-fund your wallet securely using Paystack, without storing your card details on our platform.
How to Fund Your Wallet
Step 1: Open the Wallet Page
From your dashboard, click on Wallet.
On the wallet page:
-
You will see your current wallet balance
-
You will find an input field to enter the amount you wish to deposit
-
Below this, you can view your transaction history, showing all wallet credits and debits for record-keeping purposes
Step 2: Enter Your Desired Amount
Enter the amount you want to deposit into your wallet.
For convenience, we recommend funding your wallet with an amount that can cover your usage for several months. This helps prevent service interruptions at any time.
